RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Digital Products (Online Courses)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, consumers purchasing digital content online generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, All You Can Sea online courses are made available immediately after purchase. By purchasing a course and accessing its content, you expressly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once access has been granted.

As a result, refunds cannot be provided after course access has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

Made-to-Order Physical Products

All You Can Sea physical products are manufactured on demand after an order is placed. This production model helps reduce waste and overproduction by creating products only when they are needed.

Because each item is produced specifically for an individual order, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or does not match the product description, please contact us at hello@allyoucansea.com and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
