🐚 Returns Policy – All You Can Sea
At All You Can Sea, all of our physical products are made on demand after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction by creating products only when they are needed.
Because each item is produced specifically for an individual order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds due to a change of mind once production has begun.
If you're unsure about sizing or product details, please consult our size guides or contact us before placing your order. We're always happy to help.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
🛠 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or does not match the product description, please contact us at hello@allyoucansea.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
📄 How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please complete our Returns Form.
Do not send any items back until you have received confirmation from our team.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions if a return is required.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
If a return is required because an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
🎓 Online Courses
Online courses are digital products delivered immediately after purchase.
By purchasing and accessing an online course, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once access has been granted.
As a result, online course purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

💳 Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
