We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner, to produce and ship all our products. Each order is made specially for you, that’s how we keep waste low and quality high. 🌊
🕒 Processing Time
Each order is printed and packed once you place it.
Fulfillment time: Typically 2–5 business days (this is how long it takes our manufacturer to make your order).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
🧾 Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

📦 Split Shipments
Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
Don’t worry, you won’t be charged extra. This just means parts of your order were fulfilled from different manufacturer facilities.
❗ Delays & Delivery Issues
If your order seems delayed, check your tracking info first, postal carriers may have the latest update.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate it with our manufacturer.
🌱 Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival in your country.
These fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices, the customer is responsible for any applicable import charges.
If your order exceeds the threshold for customs duties or taxes (for example, in the UK this value is £135), you may wish to place smaller orders instead. In some cases, the additional shipping cost may be lower than potential import fees.
